General Recommendation

There is no reason for this term to be strictly defined in terms of porn, rather creampie is a slang term for a sexual act whether done in porn or not. Indeed, the act is a biological necessity for human reproduction, and is therefore has always been a common sexual practice. Accordingly, the page should be edited with a more general focus, with any commentary concerning porn as a secondary consideration.

Hi, you might want to take a look at WP:NOR. A creampie occurring in a video is not in and of itself a reliable source that it is one of the "earliest surviving examples" or refute the current language of "they are not found in early pornographic films."
